A very thorough article and very useful as this allows you to keep your data intact! – a word of caution though it is still advisable to back up your important data. Also as far as I am aware this only works on retail Windows 7 unless anyone has had success with a repair installation of an OEM version?

I had the same problem – word 2007 was crashed with error ID: 1000
Solution:
You have to uninstall all programs that put there add-ons to word2007 or disable add-ons in word2007.

I’m sorry, but I honestly do not understand the instructions for changing my email address. I have no idea what a “server running exchange server” is, for starters. Is there a more English, non-technical way to explain such a simple request? Since I changed my email, I am no longer receiving notices of comments on my blogs.
